Join us for a discussion of the following questions: ¨ Do you know the difference between a Medical Power of Attorney, a Living Will and the Five Wishes? ¨ What does the Catholic Church recommend as the best way to assure your directions for medical health care are followed? ¨ Do your children know your wishes regarding your funeral liturgy? Do they know how important it is to have a funeral Mass in your place of worship? ¨ What does the Catholic Church say about cremation? What is a proper burial? What are the funeral rites that can be celebrated? Each speaker will offer a brief presentation followed by Q & A. All are welcome! No registration is required.
