Thursday, August 11, we are hosting Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich of Luxembourg for our morning Mass. For that Thursday only, we will move the Thursday Mass to our St. Mary Church site and the Mass will begin at the usual time 8:30 am. There will be NO Mass at our Immaculate Conception Church site that morning. The Cardinal is in the area and will also be at the Luxemburg Fest the weekend of August 13 & 14.
Mass on Friday, August 12 will take place at 10:30 am instead of the normal time of 8:30 am. We will have an end-of-summer school Mass for the students and all are invited. On the weekend of August 14 & 15 our parish will be participating in the Archdiocesan Missionary cooperation Program. We will be learning about the Archdiocese’s sister parish in the Dominican Republic at our weekend Masses, and we will be taking a collection to support that parish.
Beginning on Thursday, August 25, the morning Mass at our Immaculate Conception Church site will begin at 8:00 am instead of 8:30 am. I will be going to Fredonia after the morning Mass to celebrate Mass with the school children at Divine Savior School.
